Order Finality

We craft all products on a made-to-order basis, tailored to the customer’s selected style, size, and specifications.

Once an order is placed and confirmed:

• Our team immediately initiates production for your custom pair

• The order cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed

• We do not accept any requests for return, exchange, or replacement

Placing an order confirms your understanding that we prepare the product specifically for you, making the purchase final and non-reversible.

Customer Acknowledgment

During the confirmation process, customers must:

• Verify size and product selection

• Confirm all order details

Once confirmed, the order is considered final and binding.
